Experience
CIO Technology Solutions
Systems Administrator
Jun 2025 to Present • Tampa, FL
I manage and secure infrastructure for a wide range of small business clients at CIO Technology Solutions. My focus is on improving endpoint security, standardizing environments, and keeping systems reliable and consistent without disrupting users.
I serve as the primary escalation point for the service desk when issues require deeper investigation or coordination across systems. This includes Huntress MDR and SIEM alerts, Defender configuration drift, network isolation cases, or identity-related incidents. I work closely with the service desk manager to identify recurring pain points, reduce manual work, and strengthen our overall security posture.
My daily toolkit includes Huntress MDR, ITDR, SIEM, and Managed AV for detection and response, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for protection and visibility, NinjaOne RMM for management and remediation, DNSFilter for DNS-layer security, and Liongard for configuration auditing. I also help document and standardize onboarding processes to ensure every client follows the same best practices.
Focus Areas: Endpoint Security • RMM Automation • Defender Hardening • SIEM Visibility • Client Standardization
CIO Technology Solutions
Level 1 Service Desk Technician
Feb 2025 to Jun 2025 • Tampa, FL
I started on the service desk, supporting users across many small business environments. Most of my work involved troubleshooting daily issues, setting up new users, configuring MFA, and managing workstations through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
During this time, I began exploring how the company could strengthen endpoint security and reduce support overhead. I spent time learning about tools like Huntress, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and DNSFilter, evaluating how they could fit into our managed environments. That interest led to my move into systems administration and security full-time.
Focus Areas: End-User Support • MFA Setup • Device Provisioning • Early Security Tool Evaluation
Pingperfect
1st Line Support Analyst
Jan 2024 to Feb 2025 • Remote
Before moving into MSP work, I supported Linux and Windows-based VPS hosting for Pingperfect. It was a fast-paced environment that required quick diagnosis of performance, networking, and hardware issues across hundreds of live systems.
I used Naverisk for monitoring and maintenance, managed virtualization through Virtfusion, and gained a strong foundation in troubleshooting and system stability that still shapes how I work today.
Focus Areas: Virtualization • Monitoring • Troubleshooting • Customer Support

My work focuses on maintaining secure, consistent, and automated environments using a mix of RMM management, endpoint protection, and system visibility.
